Hi Mike & Jayne here. Welcome to the Dog Fleeces blog. You may be thinking that this is a bit of a strange name for a blog, but hopefully the following will give you an idea where we are coming from. Having just returned from a long walk with the dogs, we are both sipping from a nice hot drink. As we sit we both looked down, we can see our two dogs, we watch them both cleaning themselves up as they lay shivering. This is a scene that has been repeated a number of times in our household, and I am pretty sure the ... find for them’ we said to ourselves I have to admit though, I have always been of the opinion that “They’re dogs, they don’t get cold”, but having got soaked through my self today, then perhaps I was wrong. As I write, Dexter, the Border Terrier, just looks up with an accusing look, as if to say ‘Why did you drag me out in all that wind, rain and cold?’. Ok, I get the point and will get on with the search as soon as possible and look for some dog fleeces, as soon as I have finished my hot drink that is. In the meantime I will have a think about what makes good Dog Fleeces. Any suggestions anyone ?
